Bugseed (バグシード)
”This piece consists of smoky, jazzy beats reminiscent of midnight in Tokyo, handpicked from Bugseed's latest projects. The artwork was drawn by YESCA, a writer who continues to express genuine skills in the Tokyo street graffiti scene. He is also a member of the Underground hiphop crew 3000worlds a.k.a 3KW, which is active in Tokyo, and is shrouded in mystery. I've been following his work and activities since I met him at a club in Shibuya in 2016. The work he draws is a genuine HIPHOP style, and it's all about the work that shocks you when you look at any work. I've always wanted to put out an LP like this with him someday, so I'm really honored that this collaboration has come true. この作品はBugseedが最新のプロジェクトから厳選したスモーキーでジャジーな真夜中の東京の街を連想させるビートで構成されています。アートワークは東京ストリートグラフィティシーンで本物のスキルを表現し続けるライターYESCAに依頼して描いてもらいました。彼は東京で活動するUnderground hiphop crew三千世界のメンバーでもあり謎に包まれています。2016年に渋谷のクラブで出会って以降彼の作品や活動を追っていました。彼の描く作品は正真正銘のHIPHOPのスタイルでどの作品を見ても衝撃が走るような作品ばかりです。いつか彼と今作のようなLPを一緒に出したいと思っていたので今回のコラボレーションが実現した事を本当に光栄に思います。（Instagramで彼の作品の写真が見れるので是非チェックしてください！）どのトラックも思い入れのある16曲のインストゥルメンタルHIPHOP、"Blunted on WAX"是非針を落として楽しんでいただければ嬉しいです。

Hip hop PRODUCER/BEATMAKER from Tokyo. His 1st album "Bohemian Beatnik LP" released on his own Bandcamp in 2010 became a hot topic through various online media overseas. After that, he released albums from Los Angeles beat label "HW&W" and French "Cascade Records", and co-produced beat tapes with COCK ROACHEEE'Z's ILL.SUGI "Pier 7" (Urban Waves/Belgium), "City Mind LP" ( Radio Juicy/Germany) continues to release albums from music labels around the world. Released "FAR EAST JOINTS LP" from Cold Busted (US) in 2019, released "Impression LP" from Cheeba Cheeba Records (UK) in 2021, and released MIXCD "Sea of Green" from OILWORKS. In February 2022, "Idealism LP" was released from Collective Resonance (UK), and "Sublime LP" was released from Raund Haus (US) in March. June Participated in 7 inch compilation "Cheeba Issue 1" with comic from Cheeba Cheeba Records (UK), July "Timeless LP" co-written with DJ Motora from Cold Busted (US), and Droopyelliot by DOG RUN project in September. 7 inch "Sick City" released. He continues to be active in a wide range of fields, such as providing music for skate videos such as Stussy in the United States, “Thrasher x Huf”, and Kichijoji-based Hi-lite.

I first met BUGSEED at a party in Shibuya Tokyo where I painted a canvas with NINE and MURD. The party was called Brown Gogh. Bugseed was the perfect music to paint to. Years later I felt very privileged to be asked to do some art for this project. Bugseed is the kind of music that will throw out your neck from the head nods. I fuxwitit!
