Produced in Sydney with an international focus, this release is the culmination of the past few years of Meem’s collaborations with some of the worlds finest underground vocalists including Skarra Mucci, Keysha Freshh, Glad2mecha, Dubbul O (Mouse Outfit), Brother Culture, People Without Shoes & Serocee, Also weighing in with his amazing turntable skills is Sydney's very own DJ Frenzie.

He is one of Sydney’s most in demand DJs, and host of Australia’s longest running funk music radio show ‘Back To Funk’ on 2ser 107.3 FM since 1980. Meem is a celebrated music producer from Sydney, Australia. Credited as a pioneer in electronic music making, he has continually brought a fresh angle to the world of beatmaking and music production.

With 6 critically acclaimed releases under his belt, he has also remixed numerous artists including Mr Scruff (featuring Roots Manuva), and the ARIA award winning track ‘Sweetness and Light’ by Itchie & Scratchie. He has released on labels including Future Classic, Tokyo Dawn and Triple J / ABC Music.

He’s performed live at Australia's biggest music festivals including The Big Day Out, Sydney Festival, Vivid and Parklife. and iconic venues including The Opera House, The Enmore Theatre and Luna Park, Meem has supported Thievery Corporation, Groove Armada, Jamie Lidell, M.I.A, People Under The Stairs, DJ Vadim, Girl Talk, Tower Of Power, The Bamboos and Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings.

Meem hosts Australia’s longest running funk music radio show “Back To Funk”, on air since 1980.

He is a regular DJ for Soul Of Sydney, hosts the Back To Funk BBQ sessions, and DJ residencies have included The Opera House Bar and The Famous Speigeltent for Sydney Festival. Internationally he’s performed in London, Manchester, Croatia, Hungry, San Francisco and L.A.

Meems design work is featured in international publications alongside Andy Warhol, Pet Shop Boys and The Rolling Stones.
