An atmospheric auditory journey based on a trip to Japan, Summer 2018. The album was partially recorded during my trip, then finished over the course of a couple years after I got home. It serves as an audio diary of my time spent in the countryside and has lots of memories attached to it. Hopefully other people can get immersed in the record and go on their own personal adventure with it. It functions better as a whole, with each track contributing to the bigger picture, which is why I think the listening experience would lend itself more appropriately on a physical format like vinyl.
