A 12" 45RPM version of Head On/Pill from King Gizz's live show in Adelaide split across two sides to ensure good sound quality (also makes a great partner for my future "King Gizzard Live Jams" bootleg comp that I'm working on!).

For the cover, I decided to reimagine the artwork from Float Along - Fill Your Lungs (of which Head On/Pill is from) and I recreated the classic Flightless labels with my own personal spin on them for bootleg purposes (please don't sue me Eric❤️)

I tried my best to make the split across the two sides as tidy and clean as possible, with the split being right after the second time Altered Beast plays with reverb added at the very last second to give it a sense of completion instead of being a random cut. Side B opens with a faded-in and reversed intro of the second before the split occurred as a sort of "previously on Head On/Pill..." moment that picks up right where Side A left off.

This is a great release for King Gizz completionists as well as live music lovers, as this is one of the most dynamic and hearty jams the band has ever done (seeing that it spans almost half-an-hour) and is super fun to jam out to!
