Based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Joe has been exploring the interactions between information, sound, and visual arts through electronics since the early 1990’s. A co-founder of North Coast Modular collective, Joe blends an academic and open source approach to physical and digital tools and techniques, often using instruments built or coded himself. His musical style blends acid house, trance, glitch, electro, and experimental.
