Lift (6) Eighteen

Formed in 1999 in Virginia Beach, VA, Lift (6) Eighteen released two albums of deeply textured hard rock in the veins of early Finger Eleven, Godsmack, Staind, and Sevendust, before disbanding in early 2003... known for their unique blend of layered guitar effects, heavy riffs, and rhythmic grooves, as well as their energetic and driving live performances, the band amassed a strong and devoted local fan base, but despite getting some attention from a number of record labels and MTV, they were unfortunately never able to break onto the national stage... but their music stands the test of time, and could easily fit into rotation on hard rock radio alongside the rising stars of today.
