This project is based around the curiosity that in a very small town in Norway, there is a dedicated community of 90's hip hop inspired beatmakers, who all started producing jazzy, soulful instrumentals without the knowledge of others doing the same.

What's in the water is featuring a bunch of talented local norwegian beatmakers in Hazy Year, Ol' Burger Beats, Type.Raw, Loot Fattig, Filliboom and A-Man Beats.
